About Our Bed & Breakfast in the Heart of the Hudson River Valley

Hi, we are Valerie Valente and Eric Miller, owners of the Journey Inn. After a lifetime in Brooklyn Heights, NY, we so enjoyed our own excursions to the beautiful Hudson Valley, we decided to make it our home – and to share with others our love for this wonderful part of the world. We are fortunate enough to have our best friend Buddy to help us show you a warm and welcoming stay in our beloved inn. We can’t wait to meet you.

In the center of it all, in the heart of the Hudson Valley, across from the Vanderbilt Estate in Hyde Park, NY, Journey Inn offers you a warm and gracious welcome for your Hudson Valley vacation.

Upon arrival and throughout your stay at our romantic bed and breakfast, we invite you to relax in our den and dining area, stocked with hot and cold beverages and cookies to enjoy as you begin to unwind. Relax in our living room, read a book, have a nice glass of wine, or use the writing desk as you plan your stay. Enjoy wireless Internet access in every room and our TV in the den.

Breakfast in our dining room will send you off to explore the Hudson River Valley and, in the evening after a full day of adventuring, retire to one of our guestrooms and cosset yourself in a comfortable bed surrounded with themed décor. Our seven guestrooms and suites reflect places we love from the English countryside to metropolitan New York, and, pay homage to our neighbors the Roosevelts and Vanderbilts.
